In 2021, Gora’s Grill sparked a culinary revolution in Ypsilanti, Michigan. What began as a simple vision—to make plant-based food bold, delicious, and accessible—has grown into a community-loved destination for crave-worthy comfort food. We didn’t want people to “settle” for vegan—we wanted them to be wowed by it. So, we built a menu full of bold spices, global influences, and serious attitude.
